Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide Docket (“we,” “us”), a service operated by Phoenix Solutions d.o.o. (the “Operator”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit peptidedocket.com (the “Site”) and when you subscribe to our newsletter, “The Compounding Brief.”
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you subscribe, we collect your email address. Subscriptions are processed by our email provider, Beehiiv.
- Preferences you choose to share. After subscribing, you may optionally tell us your role (for example, patient, clinician, industry, researcher, or policy) and which peptides interest you. Providing this is entirely voluntary. We use it only to tailor which updates we send you and to understand our audience. It is stored alongside your subscription at Beehiiv. We do not sell or share this information, and you may ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us at dataprotection@peptidedocket.com.
- Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic and does not collect personally identifiable information or track you across other websites. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and operation of the Site.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. Embedded subscribe forms provided by Beehiiv may set cookies that are necessary for the form to function; their use is governed by Beehiiv’s own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use your email address to send The Compounding Brief and related updates. We use aggregate analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it, and technical data to operate and secure the Site.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, acting on our instructions: Beehiiv (newsletter delivery; see beehiiv.com/privacy) and Vercel (hosting and analytics; see vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). We do not sell your personal information. If we later introduce referrals to licensed providers, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices before doing so.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at dataprotection@peptidedocket.com.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are commonly understood. To exercise any right, contact us at dataprotection@peptidedocket.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA / UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the Operator, Phoenix Solutions d.o.o., acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Site). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact dataprotection@peptidedocket.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. As noted above, we do not perform cross-site tracking.
Data retention
We retain your subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete it on unsubscribe or upon a verified deletion request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
